REYNALDO A. REGALADO is one of the Senior Counsels of the Firm. He previously served as the Administrator of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration from 1998 to 2001. Rey likewise served as Philippine Labor Attache in Japan (1993-2004) and in South Korea (2005-2006). Subsequently, Rey served as an Assistant Secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment. The fields of expertise of Rey are labor, immigration, corporation and commercial law, public advocacy and election law. He is the Founding Partner of Regalado Atienza & Mendoza Law Offices.
Rey obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 1988. He likewise completed his AB Economics degree from the University of the Philippines School of Economics in 1982.
