Karra is a Senior Consultant of the Firm. Karra is a seasoned corporate lawyer with vast experience in corporate, contract, securities regulation, and competition law. Prior to joining the Firm, Karra was an Associate General Counsel of the Office of the General Counsel of San Miguel Corporation for 8 years, where she handled corporate acquisitions, contract review, corporate secretarial work and compliance and filings with relevant government agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission and Philippine Competition Commission. From 2009-2010, Karra worked at the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz (ACCRALaw) Law Offices as a member of its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department where she was engaged in dispute resolution practice, with primary focus on commercial litigation. From 2010-2011, Karra was under the Corporate and Special Projects Department of ACCRALaw, where she provided legal services in corporate and commercial transactions such as acquisitions, capital and ownership restructurings and legislative/regulatory work.
 
Karra completed her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law where she graduated in the Top 15 of her class in 2008. She earned her undergraduate degree, with Latin Honors (Cum Laude), also from the University of the Philippines in 2004. While in UP Law, she was awarded Most Outstanding Intern of the UP Office of Legal Aid.
