CLARISSA M. DE VERA is a Senior Associate of the Firm. She joined the Firm as an underbar after taking the 2018 Bar Examinations. She handles and assists in various corporate and tax projects, litigation and other special projects. Before joining the Firm, she was an intern at the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) and at the U.P. Office of Legal Aid. During law school, she also worked as a Research Assistant to the Director of the Office of Legal Aid and a Research Assistant to the Vice Dean of the De La Salle University College of Law.

Clarissa completed her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2018. She also holds a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines-Manila where she graduated cum laude in 2013. Prior to entering law school in 2014, she also worked as a licensed broker for a US-based brokerage firm, E-Trade Financial where she obtained her Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
