JOSHUA QUINTIN I. ABAD is an Associate of the Firm. Joq completed his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2020. While in law school, he worked as a research assistant at the University of the Philippines Law Center – Institute of Human Rights where he was mainly involved in the Energy Governance, and the Judicial Compliance projects. He also interned at the law office of SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. In his junior year, he presented a paper on Climate Change at the Asian Society of International Law Junior Scholars Conference.
Joq holds a Bachelor of Public Administration degree from the same university, where he was a consistent college scholar. As an undergraduate student, he interned at the House of Representatives under the Committee on Transportation. He was also an active member of a socio-political organization in his College.
