DENNIS E. CHUA, ESQ. is one of the California Counsels of the Firm. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999 and the Philippine Bar in 1990. Mr. Chua has extensive experience in the field of US Immigration Law. He has successfully represented clients in removal/deportation proceedings. Mr. Chua handles all types of family and employment based applications such as artists and entertainer visa petitions, fraud and criminal waiver applications, fiancé petitions, battered spouse petitions, investor visa petitions, and extraordinary ability petitions.

He also practices family and bankruptcy law assisting clients in their divorce and nullity cases, child custody and support cases, and their chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy filings.

Dennis has extensive experience in the practice of Philippine law. He was Senior Legislative Aide to Senator Edgardo Angara. He has worked as an associate attorney for the law office of Mario Ongkiko and was a Junior Partner in the law office of former Chief Justice Artemio Panganiban.

He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of the Philippines and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
