MAY ANNE S. COMETA is an Associate of the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an Associate at De Guzman San Diego Mejia & Hernandez Law Offices (GSMH Law) where she gained experience in Corporation Law and Taxation. She also worked as a Paralegal at Bello Valdez Caluya & Fernandez Attorney & Law Counsellors at Law (JGLaw), where she handled Corporate and Tax Advisory for various clients. Mayen also worked as an Assurance Associate at Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.), where she participated in Audit Engagements. She gained her experience in Taxation during her stint as a Tax Associate also at SGV & Co., where she handled Tax Compliance, Advisory and Audit for multinational clients.

Mayen graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2011 and proceeded to pass the CPA Board exam. She then completed her Juris Doctor degree at San Beda University in 2019 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020.

Mayen is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Quezon Chapter.
