Sheena is one of the Firm’s Founding Partners and is the Head of the Tax and Corporate Division of the Firm. After passing the 2013 bar exam, she immediately joined Reyes Tacandong & Co. (RSM Philippines) to strengthen her tax practice. As an Associate Manager of the Tax Services Department, she was recognized for her excellence in handling projects for clients and was given the Abacus Award for Client Servicing in Tax. Sheena has extensive experience in domestic and international taxation, foreign investments, corporate and finance, and mergers and acquisitions. To compliment her corporate and taxation practice, Sheena is also well versed in labor and intellectual property laws. She is also a certified Data Privacy Officer by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

Sheena completed her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University College of Law in 2013. She also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Legal Management from the Ateneo de Manila University Loyola Schools where she was a First Honor Deans List Awardee when she graduated in 2009. She also took international studies under the International Business Program in 2008 at the ESPEME-EDHEC Business School of Lille Catholic University in France, where she was a University Scholar.

Sheena is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Makati Chapter and the Federacion International de Abogadas (FIDA). She is also a bar lecturer for taxation law for The Philippine Christian University and Ceballos Bar Trends.
